Prospect House, 3 Storey Roofing Project
Innercity Roofing at pre-start to the project advised the client as to the systems available and requirements due to the buildings location within a listed area. Detailed surveys were carried out that outlined initial design faults that could affect the new proposed roofing design. Innercity were able to advise the correct systems and procedures to conduct to enable best practice and value for money overall.
All works were completed within the scheduled timescales and excellent feedback was received from the client throughout the project through to completion.

The programme was communicated to the client, with a detailed site set-up relating to the works to be undertaken. Site surveys were carried out prior to the start that allowed materials to be sourced, the specification to be fully agreed and a suitable procurement to be undertaken that was OJEU compliant. Inspections and full supervision afforded throughout the project, with onsite Tenant liaison to ensure communications and the least inconvenience.
The Leaseholders were kept in the loop throughout the project duration, customer satisfaction (KPIs) were returned at 100% and excellent feedback was received upon completion of the project.
